Meet Melissa

Melissa Holtz, CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in medical dermatology at Dermatology Partners in Port Clinton and Sandusky, OH. She provides expert care for patients ages 13 and older, focusing on skin cancer screenings, biopsies, acne, eczema, psoriasis, and treatment of lesions of concern.

Melissa earned her Master’s Degree in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Studies from the University of Cincinnati and has been practicing in dermatology since 2015. She is a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and joined Dermatology Partners in 2025.

Her daily practice includes performing skin cancer screenings and biopsies and treating a wide range of common and complex dermatologic conditions, delivering patient-centered, comprehensive dermatologic care in Port Clinton and Sandusky, OH.
