Meet Ryan

Dr. Ryan Kirkland is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon in Columbus, specializing in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, Mohs surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, medical dermatology, and a variety of cosmetic and laser procedures. Patients in Columbus, OH, trust Dr. Kirkland for expert, personalized care in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Kirkland earned his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, OH, and completed his dermatology residency at the University of Cincinnati. He then completed a fellowship in Mohs surgery, cutaneous oncology, cosmetic surgery, and facial reconstructive surgery in Morristown, NJ, solidifying his expertise as a leading skin cancer and Mohs surgeon in Columbus.

In addition to his active practice, Dr. Kirkland has authored multiple articles on cutaneous oncology, laser surgery, cosmetic surgery, and medical dermatology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery, and a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the Ohio Dermatological Association.

Outside of work, Dr. Kirkland enjoys traveling, exercising, golf, and snowboarding. He and his wife, Wendy, an ophthalmologist in Columbus, are proud parents to Nolan and Camille.
