About our Wooster Office

Located off Milltown Road in Wooster, OH. We are located behind Bob Evans and Wild Ginger with plenty of parking in front of our office. Our small practice houses three dedicated providers, including Dr. Shane and Dr. Sireesha Clark, founders of Twin Oaks Dermatology and Eye Surgery. Alongside Nurse Practitioner Rachel Hartong and our office staff, our team prioritizes the well-being and safety of each patient throughout their care journey. Offering comprehensive dermatology and ophthalmology services, we nurture a culture of excellence and cultivate a supportive, stimulating, and fulfilling work environment for both patients and staff.
